We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
The successful high Ebay bidder will submit a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the Ebay auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Any "Make an Offer" that is accepted is an agreement to purchase the vehicle AS-IS, A minimum of a $2,000.00 non-refundable payment must be paid immediately after the whole price offer is accepted.. Payment in full by certified funds or wire transfer must be made before the vehicle can be shipped.
